I don't consult from the outside. For three years I've been the operator inside 6 and 7-figure info brands. Actually inside. Running sales ops, paid traffic, funnels, offer architecture, and the people who make it all work.

Here's what I learned: most agencies are great at getting clicks and terrible at making sales. Or they can optimize a funnel but have no idea how to fill it with the right people. The disconnect drove me crazy.

Marketing teams celebrated vanity metrics while sales teams starved for qualified leads. Nobody owned the full journey from stranger to customer. Everyone optimized their slice and hoped the rest worked out.

Now I run Paragon because info founders deserve better than the usual agency circus. You need an operator, not a vendor. We guarantee process, deliverables, and pace. We don't guarantee revenue numbers because anyone who does is lying. What we will do is show you exactly how we'd build the system, what the milestones are, and how we'd know if it's working at every stage. If the numbers don't move, we don't hide from it.
